No formal medical review was possible, but he appears physically healthy.

ASSESSMENT REPORT:

I observed Icarus indirectly for a period of six days while undercover in his compound. This report is based on that period of observation with occasional insertions of background information obtained from UFC records for the purposes of explanatory purposes.

Icarus is primarily anti-social, spending long periods of time in his personal quarters. However, he craves companionship with individuals he considers capable of intelligent conversation. At the same time, he has very little belief in the capacity of most individuals to carry on a sufficiently high levels of discourse. Review of his collegiate schoolwork, as preserved in the UFC database, reveals an exceptionally bright individual more than capable of the level of discourse he is looking for.

Icarus has a potentially unhealthy fascination with chess. The vast majority of his conversations include at least one chess reference, either directly or implicitly. He fixates on the theories of the game and compares them to real-world activities. The UFC database records suggest that he was close to obtaining the status of Grandmaster just before the events that drove him into hiding.

Icarus is void of visible emotional attractions or connections. He shows clinical signs of emotional unavailability to those he calls his children. He withholds affection, rarely acknowledges their successes, and shows little-to-no interest in their daily activities save for when he has a specific assignment for one of them. However, he is quick to punish their failures in swift, harsh, and often cruel manors. On several occasions, I observed him manipulating his children, one against the other, through a combination of selective favoritism, carefully worded stoking of egos, and unequal deliverance of gifts.

During the course of the week, I observed multiple occasions when Icarus showed clear lack of empathy for the emotional and/or physical pain of those around him. When an action of his resulted in harm to another, there was no evidence of remorse or guilt.

In conclusion, Icarus Arroyos displays classic psychopathic tendencies. He manipulates others for his own purposes and expects exact obedience in his orders. It is unlikely that the UFC would be able to rehabilitate Icarus were he to be brought under UFC control. It is my recommendation that he be eliminated at the first possible opportunity.
